From finance to people
Annika supports the human perspective at KOCKUMS MASKIN
After 45 years in finance and accounting, including 15 years with her own business, Annika Grünfeld took a new career step. She wanted to be a part of a workplace again and started as a temporary employee at KOCKUMS MASKIN. After her first year working with finance at the company, she got the opportunity to take up a new field as responsible for HR.
- I love new challenges and even though I’m quite a senior I still want to learn new things and grow both as a person and as an employee. KOCKUMS MASKIN is a great workplace with a very long and proud history – but also with great opportunities to develop our way of working, our culture and our human perspective, explains Annika Grünfeld.
As part of the BIRN Group, KOCKUMS MASKIN builds its culture on four core values: One team, passion, respect and responsibility. One of Annika Grünfeld’s responsibilities as HR Manager is to ensure that these values are integrated into everyday work life.

With our focus on teamwork, leadership, and achieving results together, I look forward to continuing to develop and embed our values at KOCKUMS MASKIN together with my colleagues,” says Annika Grünfeld.
As one of the oldest companies in Ronneby Municipality, founded in 1742, KOCKUMS MASKIN is a well-known company in the local area.
